This week for Literacy we have been doing a naughty or nice activity where you have to try to convince the teacher to put you on the nice list for Christmas.

This week for numeracy we have been doing Xmas activities like the calcograms. The calcograms were hard because you had to work out the answer then you had to put the answer into words.

Walt: Comprehension - find literacy elements.

This week for Literacy we have been doing a Comprehension activity on finding literacy elements. 
I think that this activity was kind of easy because we had a video about Peter Rabbit to watch.  I also had the book Dragon knight in my box.
Here is two of my activities. I have got one about dragon knight and one about Peter Rabbit the book.

Writing

This week for word work I had to write all of my spelling words and circle the vowels.

This week we have been doing position and orientation, my buddy was Kaine. It took  us 3 days to finish 4 activities. Here is a screen shot of one of the activities.

This week or numeracy we had an area and perimeter activitie we had to work out what the answer was and we had to put three ways to work out the problem. In my group was Ry Richard,Ruby and jazman.

This week for writing we had two mummie activities. The first one I did I buddied up with Kash and the next activitie I buddied up with Madisyn. We had to read an article and summerise it and put it in our own words 

reflection week 8 term 3

Big day out

On Thursday September the 15th we went on a big day out we went to the movies and we watched Pete's dragon. There were two rooms I was in room one at the end of the movie there were a lot of people crying. 

Next we went to the Recreation Center, when we got there we got split in to eight groups. I was in group 4 the first game that we played  was foot ball. I was the only one in my group to score a goal then we went to cricket our group won by 6 points it was pretty close.

The last place we went to was the swimming pool when we got there we had to eat lunch first. When I got in the pool my graze started to hurt. But when I got on the hydro slide it stared to stop hurting the rest of the time I just played with my friends. When we were finished we had to walk back to school.
